Dr. Mary Davidian and Dr. Thien (Tim) Huynh are ophthalmologists, medical doctors who specialize in eye and vision care. Ophthalmologists are specially trained to provide a full spectrum of eye care, from prescribing glasses and contact lenses to complex and delicate eye surgery.

  

Dr. Davidian and Dr. Huynh have Advanced Fellowship Training in their areas of expertise and together have performed thousands of cataract, refractive, laser and glaucoma surgery procedures. Fellowship Trained medical doctors undergo an additional one to two years of sub-specialty training beyond the required three to four years of general ophthalmology residency training.

Highland Ophthalmology has been providing Specialty Eye Care services in Orange County, NY and the Greater New Windsor area since 1997. Many of our patients are referred to us by other ophthalmologist and optometrist colleagues who regard us as experts in our specialties. Our patients appreciate the Specialty Eye Care they receive in the area of Cataract, Cornea and Glaucoma surgery. Dr. Davidian and Dr. Huynh are affiliated with the leading medical and academic centers in the New Windsor and greater NY Metropolitan area including: The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, The Westchester Medical Center, Central New York Eye Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Our office is conveniently located in New Windsor, NY. In the past, patients needing specialty eye care services had to be referred to physicians in New York City or Albany, since access to Fellowship Trained Cornea and Glaucoma Surgeons was not available locally. Patients not only had to travel far distances for their surgeries, but also had to continue to travel far for their follow up care.
